The fall season is upon us, and it is time for some serious Cross Country Biking tips to help get you through those upcoming races. This time of year is when every racer out there takes his bike off the road and out into the mountains to prepare it for the winter months. I’ve seen some bikes that have been left on the shores for months and by the end of it are in such bad shape that they aren’t even usable. I’m sure you’re ready to avoid such a situation if you follow a few simple rules. So here are a couple of great ideas to help you get started on your journey this fall.
Cross Country Biking Tips
First of all, be sure to download your favorite free biking app and bring your phone inside. I recommend Strava. It’s one of the most well rounded and user-friendly apps out there. If you haven’t checked it out yet, why not give it a shot right now? They have an excellent beginner’s package that includes an interactive pro training session, a calendar of workouts, and a route builder. The Pro package comes with an additional 20 workout videos too, which should give you a good base to work from.
Secondly, check out the Strava site and get your username and password. This is a great way to stay organized, especially as you look for the best place to go biking in your area. They have an application that allows you to enter your location, and it will then generate a map showing you public biking locations around you based on your input. This is a fantastic tool and will help you find the best place to go.
Last but not least, check out the Windows 7 full movie free download. The technology this year has been amazing, and I would be shocked if you didn’t notice. Not only do you get superior video quality, but you also get a crisp, clear display. It may take a few times to load, but once you do, you’ll wonder how you ever got along without this feature.
Finally, the new podcast Wrecking Balm joins the already packed list of great shows on Apple devices this year. The new podcast features some awesome segments filmed by Tom Emmerich and discusses everything from bikes to cars and everything in between. It’s definitely worth checking out if you have an iPad. On the other hand, if you don’t have an Apple device, you can still listen to the episodes through your regular podcasting software. Either way, the podcast is available for those who have a Windows 7 device as well as those using iOS 6.
Things To Know
In the latest episode of the Darkside with Johnnie B. Guys, Bobby picks up a few new tricks and ideas. I can’t say I’m excited about certain techniques, but I’m certainly excited about a full movie to watch when it comes out next year. I was very excited to see that the full movie would be coming to my favorite video podcast, but I think it will be worth paying for. If you want to save money on the rental and just want to get everything at one time, I recommend renting it in its entirety, but if you want to get everything for a lower price, you can pay the small fee for the movie on your own.
Another great trick that Johnnie B. revealed during the podcast was his YouTube channel. Now that he has shared the full movie on YouTube, he’s giving fans one more option to rent it on iTunes and get it immediately for free. Unlike most music videos on YouTube, you actually get to watch the video while it plays. Plus, this version comes with a special offer for subscribers. For a limited time only, subscribers can receive a free download of the full movie when they sign up for the newsletter.
My personal favorite is the link that Johnnie B. created to show people how he created his “IPhone app” that allows users to stream content from their iPhone to their computer. It includes the entire song as an audio track, which means you won’t have to worry about missing out on something. The link he created shows the entire song, the video and then includes a link to the Apple Store page where you can buy the album. It’s a sweet deal. If you really want to get a good cross country biking tips workout, make sure you look into the free download versions of the songs featured in the podcast.
